Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy (Washington My Health My Data Act — MHMDA)

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy supplements the Conception Calendar (Doğum Takvimi) Privacy Policy and applies to consumers protected by the Washington My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373, “MHMDA”) and substantially similar state consumer health data privacy laws.

1. Categories of Consumer Health Data Collected

With your affirmative, separate explicit consent, the app processes the following categories of consumer health data exclusively on your device:

• Reproductive or sexual health information: menstrual cycle start and end dates, menstrual flow intensity (menstrualFlow), cervical mucus observations, ovulation test (LH) results, and optional sexual activity logs.
• Bodily functions and vital signs: basal body temperature (basalBodyTemperature — BBT) and Apple Watch sleeping wrist temperature (appleSleepingWristTemperature).

2. Purpose of Collection and How Data Is Used

Consumer health data is processed solely on your iOS device to provide cycle tracking, symptothermal fertile-window estimation, educational insights, and user-initiated on-device PDF/JSON exports. The AI Coach is not currently offered. Consumer health data is never used for advertising, profiling, or marketing.

3. Sources of Consumer Health Data

• Direct user input: entries you log directly inside the app.
• Apple Health (HealthKit) — read-only: only if you grant explicit permission in iOS, the app reads menstrualFlow, basalBodyTemperature, and appleSleepingWristTemperature from Apple Health. The app requests zero write permissions (shareTypes = []) and never writes data back to Apple Health.

4. Categories of Shared Data and Third Parties

None. Conception Calendar does not sell, share, rent, or disclose your consumer health data to any third parties, affiliates, data brokers, or advertising networks. All health records remain in your device’s encrypted local storage (iOS Data Protection) with iCloud synchronization disabled.

5. How to Exercise Your MHMDA Rights

• Right to Know / Access & Portability: You can inspect all recorded entries directly in the app and export your complete dataset as machine-readable JSON at any time via Settings → Export Data (JSON).
• Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw separate consent for health data or sexual-life data at any time in Settings, or revoke Apple Health read permissions in the iOS Settings app.
• Right to Delete: Selecting Settings → Delete All My Data immediately and permanently erases all consumer health data, cycle history, and consent records stored on your device.
